Meet Information:
Coaches, because of the large numbers of entries this year, we want all runners to run with a bib. Every runner must be entered into their event on Milesplit and must run with a bib.
Additionally, this is an Unlimited Varsity race with both public and private schools, so please make sure that you only enter varsity-eligible athletes as per your association's bylaws. We are trusting coaches and ADs to know their own rules and to protect their own runners' eligibility.
Thank you for helping us keep the competitive (but also open and flexible) spirit of this meet alive. The course took a beating during Helene, but we're proud to showcase our resilience and all the hard work that's gone into repairing the course and keeping this meet alive.
Parking Information:
Please encourage the use of busses and carpooling for the meet, as parking is extremely limited and we will be charging 5$ per car--cash only!!! Please arrive as early as possible to help with congestion (gates open at 6am).

Cost:
$115 per school
$20 per individual if bringing less than 5 runners
Checks can be made out to Augusta Preparatory Day School and are due the day of the meet.

Schedule:
School Gates Open: 6:00 AM
Girls Varsity (unlimited): 8:00 AM
Boys Varsity (unlimited): 8:30 AM
Awards: ~9:15 AM (once all races are concluded)
